Error 33001

Error 33001 is typically caused by a lack of permissions to certain folders you have set in your Preferences or in your Image Directories. The details are:

To help resolve this error, try one of the following:

  1. Check permissions to all folders related to the software (where you're saving your data, templates, image clips, etc.).
  2. Try running the software as an administrator by right clicking the main Remark .exe file and choosing Run as Administrator.
  3. Ensure that the software was installed for all users.
  4. Ensure the images you are reading in are not currently open when reading into the Data Center.

If none of these suggestions fix the issue, please contact support and we will attempt to determine another possible cause.
